Abstract：We consider linear Weingarten hypersurfaces in hyperbolic spaces and the Lorentz space forms. By supposing suitable restrictions on the Gauss map of such hypersurfaces, we obtain some rigidity results which extent the recent results of Barros-Aquino-Lima-Velasquez.
